Shepard Steel’s structural steel and miscellaneous metals fabrication facilities feature 100,000 sq. ft. of shop floor in Hartford and 50,000 sq. ft. in Newington. Our central Connecticut location ensures quality service and timely delivery throughout Southern New England. Shepard Steel has the ability to meet several of your LEED requirements such as recycled material content and the manufacturing of some steel shapes with-in 500 miles. Shepard Steel currently has two LEED AP’s on our staff.
