Comments:
Merritt 7 was a fast-tracked project resulting in a complex delivery schedule to a site that had a very limited staging area. Special care and planning went into the delivery of steel to the erection crew in order to eliminate down-time, thus enabling the crew to meet, or stay ahead of, the required delivery schedule. The contact was written with an award provision for finishing on time - which was bettered by 2 weeks - resulting in receipt of the award.
