Comments:
This project was very challenging due to the fact that two new levels of structural steel framing were added on top of an existing hospital including the reinforcement of existing columns. During construction the hospital remained operational. Shepard Steel was able to improve the design, detailing and fabrication cycle by five weeks due to utilizing the Design Build Process.
